You will ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and timely issue resolution with vendors and payroll systems.

The role requires 2+ years in benefits administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in employee benefits administration.
• Must have basic knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefit programs.
• Proven abilities to process secure data feeds.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, vendors and coworkers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for benefit inquiries and administration.
• Administer and support employee benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plans and leave programs.
• Review and process monthly benefit carrier invoices and coordinate with vendors.
• Process Medical Support Orders and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain benefits data integration with payroll systems and vendors.
