You’ll work alongside colleagues who are experts in the group retiree healthcare market, Medicare health benefits for individuals, health navigation and advocacy services, and who truly care about making a difference in the industry and in members’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to participating members via phone to address issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand group retiree health benefits and navigate member inquiries.
