Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, or related field.
• Minimum two years of professional tech or educational technology experience.
• Experience with advising technology platforms (Slate/Navigate/Degree Works).
• Experience in student services or postsecondary environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise a caseload of students with academic planning and interventions.
• Lead strategy for advising technologies and data reporting.
• Monitor Charger Center labs and ensure hardware/software functionality.
• Oversee integration and data analysis for COL 101 course tools.
• Develop training for FYE staff and student workers on platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Enrollment Services, and faculty to coordinate initiatives.
• Create dashboards and metrics from advising data for institutional reporting.
• Manage primary advising email and phone lines with timely responses.
• Support scheduling, walk-ins, and general advising operations.
