CoverageX is seeking a Collections & Retention Agent in Clearwater, FL to assist customers who fall behind on their protection plans. You will listen, understand, and guide customers toward solutions that keep coverage in place.

The role emphasizes customer conversation over cold calling, with a dialer handling outreach so you can focus on meaningful conversations and successful resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator who is confident, approachable, and able to build trust quickly.
• Experience in sales, retention, collections, or another phone-based role.

Responsibilities

• When a customer falls behind on their protection plan, you’ll be the person who reaches out to understand why and find a path forward.
• Every situation is different — your job is to listen, ask the right questions, and work with the customer to land on a solution that keeps them covered.
• There are no cold calls. Our dialer handles outreach, so you can focus entirely on the conversation.
