CoverageX is seeking a motivated Retention Specialist to join our customer success team onsite in Clearwater, FL. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients considering canceling their insurance policies and providing solutions to retain their coverage.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retention and excellent communication skills. The role offers a base pay of $22/hour along with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retention within a B2C environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound call environment.

Responsibilities
