The Role

What You’ll Do

• Listen & Empathize: Understand the "why" behind a missed payment. Every situation is unique.
• Consult: Ask the right questions to identify the best financial solution.
• Retain: Work with customers to create a plan that keeps their home or vehicle protected.
• Collaborate: Receive real‑time coaching and support from experienced Team Leads.

Who You Are

• A Natural Communicator: You are confident, approachable, and able to build trust over the phone quickly.
• Experienced: You have a background in sales, retention, collections, or a high‑volume phone‑based role.
