CoverageX is seeking a Collections & Retention Agent in the United States. You’ll connect with customers who are behind on their protection plan, listen to their concerns, ask the right questions, and work with them to land on a solution that keeps them covered.

There are no cold calls—the dialer handles outreach so you can focus on conversations. We offer fully paid training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path from Senior Rep to Team Lead.
