Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Program Manager - Retention to lead retention programs for assigned markets, translating member feedback, disenrollment trends, and market performance into targeted actions that boost member retention.

You will partner with market leadership and cross-functional teams, lead quarterly listening sessions, own post-session deliverables, and provide data-driven insights to improve the member lifecycle, while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Product, and Provider Relations to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years minimum of related experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong data analysis and trend identification skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention programs for assigned markets and translate metrics into targeted actions to boost retention.
• Partner with market leadership and cross-functional teams to execute retention strategies.
• Lead quarterly listening sessions including topic selection, invitations, RSVP management, and follow-up.
• Own post-listening session deliverables including root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Provide disenrollment trends, rates, call data, and survey feedback to teams to support improvement efforts.
• Track markets against vDER goals and adjust retention strategies and forecasts.
