Job summary

SCAN, a national nonprofit health organization, is seeking a Program Manager - Retention in a mostly remote role based in the U.S. This role leads retention initiatives for markets, partners with General Managers, and coordinates listening sessions and follow‑ups.

You will analyze disenrollment trends and coordinate with multiple teams to improve member retention. You will work with Sales Directors, monitor vDER outcomes, and support campaign executions with Data & Analytics to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years minimum of related experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• PMP certification preferred; strong project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention programs for assigned markets and translate insights into actions.
• Partner with market leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead quarterly listening sessions and manage invitations, tracking, and follow‑ups.
• Deliver post‑listening session analyses and action items.
• Provide disenrollment trends, call data, and survey feedback to teams to drive improvements.
• Track market performance against vDER goals and adjust retention plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors on agency/agent performance and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with Retention Campaign Specialist and Data & Analytics to execute campaigns.
• Maintain a shared log of sessions, campaigns, owners, status, and next steps.
