Job summary

Stio®, headquartered in Jackson, Wyoming, seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Retention to drive customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and lifetime value across channels.

You will own retention strategy, allocate budgets, and lead cross-channel initiatives including email, catalogs, paid remarketing, loyalty programs, and influencer partnerships. Strong analytical skills and CRM experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in retention, CRM, or performance marketing.
• Strong lifecycle marketing including email, SMS, segmentation, and retention strategy.
• Experience managing CRM platforms and automated marketing flows.
• Experience working with external agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and GA4.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Experience with direct mail/catalog advertising.
• Financial acumen and comfort with contribution margin, retention rate, and LTV models.
• Ability to lead and develop direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own retention growth and financial outcomes across ecommerce channels.
• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy including segmentation, frequency, and personalization.
• Own email and SMS marketing calendar strategy and automated flows.
• Oversee buyer catalog strategy including segmentation and ROI evaluation.
• Evaluate affiliate and influencer partners based on repeat customers and LTV.
• Recommend budget reallocations across channels based on incremental performance.
• Provide weekly and monthly retention performance reporting.
• Lead a direct report and develop campaigns across channels.
