Job summary

Claire's is seeking an Email and SMS Marketing Manager to lead and scale our multi-channel retention programs across email, SMS, and mobile wallet. You will architect journeys, segment audiences, and drive lifetime value for our 900+ store footprint.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own journey flow automation in Klaviyo and Vibes Mobile Wallet, optimize send times, and collaborate with loyalty and creative teams to increase engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated email and SMS marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience building email and SMS programs and journeys.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, tech, loyalty).

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimize automated multi-channel journeys in Klaviyo and other platforms.
• Build audience segments, manage list growth and ensure SMS/Mobile Wallet compliance.
• Monitor metrics, run A/B tests, and derive insights to improve revenue and retention.
