Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Retention Manager to lead a group of advisors and drive revenue impact while delivering best-in-class customer experience in our Worldpay for Business space.

You will own planning, coaching and performance management, plus develop plans to meet growth and retention targets and sustain long-term client relationships in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in financial services, preferably payments or merchant services.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
• Monitor staff performance, document progress, approve incentive calculations and coordinate with HR.
• Responsible for activities involved in selling products/services and expanding accounts.
• Set financial goals, objectives and measurements to meet growth and retention targets.
• Develop plans and strategies to achieve team revenue objectives.
• Maintain long-term relationships with client base.
• Collaborate with analysts and support staff to meet team needs.
