You will manage client relationships, collaborate with analysts, and align goals with financial targets. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in payments or merchant services are required, with strong Salesforce/Excel/Outlook proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in financial services, preferably payments or merchant services.
• Strong knowledge of integrated payments, systems, and banking practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in client retention, account management, and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and workload prioritization skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to influence stakeholders and present clearly.
• Skilled in negotiation, issue resolution, and managing high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of advisors to drive revenue impact and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Provide leadership including planning, coaching, recruiting, and mentoring.
• Monitor staff performance, set goals, document progress, and handle incentive calculations.
• Sell products and services, develop new accounts, and grow existing accounts.
• Set financial goals and metrics to meet growth and retention targets.
• Develop plans and strategies to achieve team revenue objectives.
• Maintain long-term relationships with the client base.
• Collaborate with analysts and support staff to meet team needs.
