• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.

Responsibilities

• You will upsell the company's products and services to existing merchants.
• You will review accounts holistically and identify opportunities to improve payment acceptance.
• Providing a best-in-class merchant experience is a key component of this role.
• Establish future merchant projects and qualify new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal departments and oversee day-to-day relationship with the merchant.
