Sparklight is hiring a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I to assist customers with billing, scheduling, and product changes, building trust through empathetic communication. This role blends service and sales to protect relationships and demonstrate the value of staying with Sparklight.

You will respond to inquiries, input orders accurately, and work toward meeting weekly sales and service goals, growing your knowledge of Sparklight offerings and regional customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Knowledge of Sparklight products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or ticketing systems.
• Assist with billing questions and scheduling service.
• Upsell and present product/service benefits.
• Resolve standard issues remotely and guide customers to resolution steps.
• Schedule service appointments when needed.
• Input orders accurately in systems.
