Job summary

IL MAKIAGE, a technology-driven beauty company based in NYC and part of ODDITY, seeks a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our CRM team. You will help build email campaigns, configure segments, run A/B tests, QA content, and deploy sends.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in email marketing or CRM, are comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, and are eager to learn deliverability and performance metrics. This is an in-office role in SoHo, four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with an ESP is a plus; training provided.
• Basic HTML/CSS is a plus; willingness to learn email markup.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and checklists.
• Able to multitask and stay on track in a fast-paced role.
• Curious about email deliverability, segmentation, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build email and SMS campaigns end to end from briefs to HTML setup.
• Configure audience segments and lists per campaign brief.
• Schedule and deploy campaigns according to the send calendar.
• Set up A/B tests as directed by lifecycle and acquisition leads.
• QA campaigns and verify tracking parameters and reporting.
