Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a seasoned client relationship professional in the Seattle area to own client revenue retention and drive strategic consulting across benefits, HR, and related services. The role emphasizes high-level client engagement, data-driven insights, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored coverage solutions.

You will engage with senior clients, manage large accounts, and contribute to a culture that values trust, teamwork, and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of related experience (as described in the ad).
• Excellent C-level relationship management skills and top-tier HR/Benefits/Insurance consulting competencies are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Assumes ownership and accountability of client revenue in the internal client relationship management system (SFDC).
• Drives discussions related to Gallagher’s compensation and maintains minimum 95% retention of revenue for existing book of business.
• Communicates Gallagher resources (HR consulting, benefits, retirement, etc.) to clients and strategizes content and solutions for quarterly reporting.
• Regularly review client data to analyze trends, identify issues and develop plans to implement solutions.
