The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience managing large benefits accounts, with strong relationship skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience managing large benefits accounts.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own client revenue retention and relationship management in internal systems.
• Translate client needs into tailored benefit solutions and program design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, value-driven client engagements.
• Lead RFP processes, vendor vetting, and presentation strategy.
• Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Communicate complex financial and plan design information clearly to clients.
