• Provide ongoing support to employed veterans to promote job retention, including regular check-ins, coaching, and problem-solving around workplace challenges
• Coordinate with employers and community partners to support successful job placements and continued employment
• Connect clients to supportive services such as healthcare, behavioral health, and workforce development programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust service plans to support continued employment success
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation
• Advocate on behalf of clients to reduce barriers to employment retention

Education
