Job summary

Sazerac is looking for a Retailer Services Coordinator to deliver world-class customer service coordination for National Account mass and club retailers & distributors. The role handles day-to-day order management and partners with National Accounts, State Managers, and Commercial Operations to resolve shipment issues and optimize processes.

The position offers a hybrid work model with options in Louisville, KY, or Northwest Arkansas (remote with 2–3 days in the Louisville office).

Qualifications

Detail-oriented, self-motivated and solution-focused.
Strong customer service aptitude and communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years in inventory control, order management, supply chain or 3rd party distribution.
Experience in retail, CPG or alcohol beverage industry and strong analytical/technical skills.

Responsibilities

Identify inventory issues via open order tracking and manage bourbon allocation.
Ensure direct customer orders are tracked and on-time at all plants, maintaining production stability.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate issues with internal and external contacts.
Create weekly inventory and PO tracking reports; generate exception reports when timelines slip.
Report KPI monthly and highlight improvement opportunities; support policy development.
Collaborate with internal sales and operations to streamline direct business processes.
Submit UPC changes and maintain accurate data records per customer processes.
