Sazerac Company seeks a Customer Service Representative to coordinate item setup, pricing, and reporting for the Grocery West NKA network. This role involves working directly with customers, distributors, and internal teams to resolve order-entry issues and provide outstanding service.

You will support US Grocery channel admin tasks and must demonstrate strong MS Office skills, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and entering all new items setup, promotional pricing, and reporting detail throughout the Grocery West NKA chain network of customers. This individual will work directly with customers, distributors and internal contacts to resolve order entry issues. In addition, the customer service representative will assist with various administrative tasks in support of the US Grocery channel. The primary focus is to deliver world class customer service to our customers and fellow employees.
