Sazerac Company is seeking a Retailer Services Coordinator to deliver world-class customer service coordination for National Account mass and club channel retailers and distributors. The role involves day-to-day order management, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring accuracy of product details and shipments.

Location options include Northwest Arkansas (remote-based in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers or Bentonville) or Louisville, KY (hybrid with 2-3 days in the office).

Formación

• Detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented.
• Strong customer service aptitude and ability to work with all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years experience in inventory control, order management, supply chain or 3rd party distribution.
• Experience in retail, CPG or alcohol beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and technical skills (System 21, iDIG, Excel, PowerBI, COGNOS).

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identifies inventory issues via open order tracking and management.
• Ensure that all direct customer orders are tracked and on-time at each plant location.
• Provide exceptional customer service by monitoring shipment activity and communicating issues.
• Create and communicate weekly inventory & PO tracking reports.
• Report timelines, processes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop policies and procedures across Sazerac plants and track adherence.
• Engage internal sales and operations to streamline direct business processes.
• Manage UPC changes and maintain data records.
