Job summary

Sazerac Company seeks a Customer Service Representative to coordinate item setup, pricing, and reporting for the Grocery West NKA network. This role involves working directly with customers, distributors, and internal teams to resolve order-entry issues and provide outstanding service.

You will support US Grocery channel admin tasks and must demonstrate strong MS Office skills, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enter all new items setup, promotional pricing, and reporting details for the Grocery West NKA chain network of customers.
• Work directly with customers, distributors and internal contacts to resolve order entry issues.
• Assist with various administrative tasks in support of the US Grocery channel.
• Deliver world-class customer service to customers and fellow employees.
