Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Retailer Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day order management for National Account mass and club retailers and distributors. The role collaborates with National Accounts, State Managers, and Commercial Operations to resolve shipment issues and streamline processes.

Location options include Northwest Arkansas (remote) or Louisville, KY (hybrid). The position emphasizes data reporting, policy development, and strong customer service across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of an organization.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years experience in inventory control, order management, supply chain or 3rd party distribution.
• Experience in retail, CPG or alcohol beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and technical skills (System 21, iDIG, Excel, PowerBI, COGNOS).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies inventory issues via open order tracking and management.
• Tracks and identifies bourbon allocation orders and communicates with customer ordering teams and distributors.
• Ensure direct customer orders are tracked and on-time at each plant location; maintain production schedule and improve efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by monitoring shipment activity and communicating issues.
• Notify National Account Manager and/or customers of product availability or issues with orders.
• Create and communicate weekly inventory & PO tracking reports; generate exception reports.
• Report timelines, processes and opportunities; monthly KPI reporting; ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for shipment communication across plants.
• Engage internal sales and operations to educate and support processes.
• Submit UPC changes and maintain accurate reporting.
