Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in New Bern, NC is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide the assigned zone on the sales floor, focusing on merchandising, customer service, and a strong associate experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid-size to large retailer.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and receiving to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Schedule and staff unloading/processing to the sales floor, driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
