Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist for our New Bern, NC store to assist customers and maintain store appearance. You will focus on your designated zone, delivering strong customer service, merchandising products, and supporting store operations end-to-end.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success in our Ollie’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
