Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Springfield, OH is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide the zone’s merchandising and customer service efforts, ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will manage merchandising, signage, replenishment, and staffing, while upholding store standards and company programs. The role requires supervisory experience and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity.
• Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
