Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receipt, and proper stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff unload/processing to drive productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and handle open/close duties.
