Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a designated zone of the store floor, focusing on merchandising, customer service, and associate leadership. You will oversee displays, stock, pricing, and daily recovery to deliver an outstanding shopper experience.

The role requires supervision experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a positive, collaborative attitude to drive team success and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and proper stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open and close the store when needed and take on additional responsibilities.
