Job summary

Ollie’s Retail is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and zone maintenance within the store, ensuring products are displayed per visual standards.

The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
