Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking sharp. You’ll merchandise, answer questions, drive sales, and support donation programs while upholding Ollie-tude values.

This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. The position includes benefits after 90 days and a 20% associate discount.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department merchandising and recovery per visual standards.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone neat and organized; perform additional duties as needed.
