Job summary

Ollie’s in the United States is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and manage merchandising in the assigned zone. You will support sales efforts and ensure promotions are clear and accurately implemented.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong customer interaction. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to keep the zone well-stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
