Ollie’s is hiring a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role covers customer service, merchandising, and general store upkeep within the assigned zone.

The position requires a high school diploma (preferred), ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products in the department are merchandised and recovered per visual standards.
• Know current promotions and ads to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and training new Associates.
