Ollie's is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. You will focus on your assigned zone and handle customer questions while promoting current promotions to drive sales.

Key duties include merchandise recovery, pricing, stocking, and keeping the zone neat. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are expected, with a positive, team-oriented attitude essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
