Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader in Asheville, NC. You will guide a zone of the sales floor, leading merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, and ensuring a superior associate and customer experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, supervision of zone associates, and open/close duties. Previous supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandising planning and receiving to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise and maximize associate productivity.
• Supervise zone associates and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store when needed and handle additional duties.
