Job summary

Paradies Lagardere in Austin, TX is seeking a Zone Manager to partner with the Assistant Manager or General Manager to run store operations, lead and mentor associates, and deliver a first-class customer service experience with strong in-store execution.

You will train and coach a team, uphold company standards, manage schedules and payroll, oversee merchandising, and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 45-hour minimum weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Train and coach sales associates on service standards and policies.
• Foster an excellent employee experience and recognize top performers.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll processes, and timely coaching of staff.
• Open/close responsibilities as Key Holder when required.
