Responsibilities

• Model Company Service standards and behaviors with every customer; resolve escalated inquiries per policies
• Train and perform register/cash handling and Loss Prevention functions
• Open and close stores and maintain inventory readiness
• Direct replenishment of merchandise, stockroom organization, and receiving functions
• Ensure merchandising standards are consistently executed and drive sales through team coordination
• ProvideZone supervision during assigned shifts and coach Associates on daily tasks
• Foster relationships with airport community and address performance issues with leadership
