Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide merchandising and customer service in a designated sales zone. You will lead a team focused on displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery to deliver an exceptional store experience.

You will schedule and supervise associates, open/close the store as needed, and ensure adherence to company directives. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid-to-large retailer are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory processes to meet operational expectations.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and ensure follow-up on directives.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities.
