Job summary

IKEA in Minneapolis is hiring for a part-time warehouse position to support order fulfillment, receiving, replenishment, and customer service. The role offers evening and weekend shifts with an hourly wage and eligibility for listed benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across store channels with efficient availability.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Move products to storage or selling areas.
• Replenish sales floor per merchandising guidance.
• Select goods for customers within the time frames.
• Certify powered equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handle goods (unloading, transporting, stocking, picking, loading).
• Operate scanners and inventory systems.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers, within the agreed time frame, to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

SHIFT: Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.96 - $28.20.
