Qualifications

• Strong inventory control, receiving, reconciliation, merchandising, and workflows.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day Ruth's Bookstore operations and Shopify administration.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, pricing, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee mailroom operations and front desk coverage for visitors.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and product performance.
• Support merchandising, exhibitions tie‑ins, and events.
