Job summary

Florence Bank is seeking a Retail Trainer to support the development and delivery of on-the-job and technical training for our retail staff at the Main Office. You will work under the Retail Training Manager to implement programs that improve service quality and product knowledge across branches.

The role requires a minimum of two years teller/CSR experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with current technology. Competitive pay, generous PTO, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years teller and CSR experience.
• Prior training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Retail Training Manager with the development, implementation, and coordination of on-the-job training programs and specialized technical training for Retail staff.
• Provides support to all branches.
• Conducts test bank and on the job training for all retail employees.
• Completes 6-8-week follow-up teller trainee evaluation.
• Supports the Retail Training Manager on special projects and tasks for Retail Administration.
