Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Certify product specialists through required courses.
• Supervise merchandising, pricing, and showroom presentation.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process store transactions using the POS system.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
