Job summary

Kids for the Future in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an HR & Education Coordinator to join our HR team. This role delivers hands-on training and education to our in-store retail team, supports hiring efforts, and contributes to training programs and New Hire Orientation Week.

You will collaborate with HR on recruiting, manage onboarding logistics, maintain training materials, track completion, and ensure engaging, organized learning experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• Background in teaching, training, or education strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed to support training and onboarding.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Retail or beauty industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store education and training for non-technical team members in the retail space.
• Develop and lead onboarding and ongoing training programs to support retail team performance.
• Play an active role in planning and facilitating New Hire Orientation Week, helping ensure a smooth and engaging start for new team members.
• Partner with the HR team on retail recruiting efforts, including sourcing and supporting the interview process.
• Support core HR coordinator functions, including documentation, onboarding logistics, and general HR administrative support.
• Serve as a resource for retail team members on training materials and best practices.
• Track training completion and effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed.
