Edgeless Beauty Group in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Training & Onboarding Coordinator to support hands-on training for non-technical retail teams across our brands. You’ll help run New Hire Orientation Week, schedule sessions, coordinate facilitators, and ensure a welcoming onboarding experience.

You will deliver training on service standards, product knowledge, and systems, track completion in UKG, maintain training calendars, and provide logistical support for in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Background in teaching, training, coaching, or education preferred.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; entry‑level candidates welcome.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking to and engaging groups.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn UKG and other internal systems.
• A strong desire to serve and support others.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate New Hire Orientation Week for retail team members, including scheduling, materials, and facilitator coordination.
• Deliver hands‑on training on service standards, systems, and product knowledge to non‑technical retail team members.
• Track new hire training completion and onboarding progress in UKG.
• Assist in maintaining the education and training calendar across brands.
• Provide logistical support for in‑person training sessions (room setup, materials, sign‑in sheets).
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their first weeks, ensuring a welcoming and supportive onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and records in employee files.
• Support communication of training updates and schedule changes to team members and leadership.
• Assist with special training and education projects as assigned.
• All other administrative support as needed.
