Job summary

AROW Global Corp in Mosinee, Wisconsin is seeking a Training Coordinator to support and coordinate training and development across the value stream. You will work with Mentors, Supervisors, Team Leads and Team Members to ensure effective onboarding, skill development, cross-training, and continuous learning support.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading employees in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the training structure within the assigned value stream.
• Ensure training plans, qualification processes, and training documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor employee training progress and provide updates to leaders and mentors.
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires into the value stream.
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-training opportunities to increase workforce flexibility.
• Maintain training records and skill matrices.
• Act as a primary resource and coach for employees throughout the learning process.
