Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, accurate customer service and product information.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Lead and train product sales specialists in company philosophy.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout, refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers and maintain SOP updates.
• Communicate inventory needs to management and assist showroom flow.
