Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia seeks a Retail Talent Development Partner to design and deliver training that supports store leadership and teams. You will coach leaders, guide hands-on learning in Academy Store settings, and work with regional directors to address operational gaps.

Travel is required occasionally as part of cross‑site training initiatives, with a focus on sustaining customer service excellence and process improvements across our stores.

• Experience collaborating with store leadership and regional directors.
• Hands-on training and development in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with operational goals.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership.
• Facilitate hands-on training in Academy Store environments.
• Identify operational challenges and implement targeted training solutions.
