Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Training Coordinator in Washington state to onboard new associates, conduct orientations, and lead ongoing training across departments.

The role requires strong communication, prior retail experience preferred, and availability for evenings and every other weekend. The position emphasizes customer service, policy adherence, and training documentation in a family-owned retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse associates.
• Retail experience is preferred and helps with on-the-job training and service.
• Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist new associates with onboarding paperwork and orientations.
• Conduct ongoing training for associates and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain and update training materials and company manuals as needed.
• Support cross-department training and document training outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
