Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Training Coordinator in Onalaska, Wisconsin. The role involves assisting with new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and delivering ongoing associate training while delivering excellent customer service.

You will help update manuals, run trainings in our computer systems, and support other departments as needed. Great communication skills are essential; retail experience is preferred, and you must be able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire paperwork and orientations.
• Conduct ongoing training for associates and provide excellent customer service
• Utilize computer systems to run trainings and update manuals
• Assist with departmental training and related paperwork
• Support other departments as assigned and ensure Loss Prevention compliance
