Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Site Coach in Wilmington, GA for a full-time role providing comprehensive onboarding and on-the-job training across retail and donated goods facilities.

Under minimal supervision, you will design and deliver curricula, coach staff, and track training metrics while partnering with site leadership to identify development needs. Some travel to multiple locations is required, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with basic office software and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff across retail and production operations.
• Provide hands-on coaching to team members and ensure task proficiency.
• Ensure completion of mandated training modules and competencies.
• In absence of a trainee, cover essential roles to support operations.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify training needs and develop plans.
• Monitor training metrics and report ROI to leadership.
• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training curricula.
